Welcome to Almario. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for all our customers. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility For Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories must be included.

  • Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.


2. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, festive offers, or promotional campaigns

  • Orders placed using coupon codes, gift vouchers, or special pricing

  • Products returned due to minor colour differences (caused by lighting or screen resolution)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Orders reported after the 24-hour return window


3. How To Raise A Return Request

To initiate a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Your email must include:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images/videos showing the issue

  • A short description of the problem

All return requests are subject to verification by the Almario Quality Team. We reserve the right to approve or reject any return request at our discretion.


4. Refunds

Once a return is approved, and the product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment only.

  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect.

  • Cash refunds are not allowed.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed accordingly.


5. Replacements

  • Replacements will be provided based on product availability.

  • If the same product is out of stock, customers may choose:

    • Another product of equal value, or

    • A refund


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they are not processed or dispatched.

  • Once an order is processed/dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

  • No refunds will be issued for orders cancelled after the 24-hour window or for discounted orders.


7. Shipping & Return Costs

  • For approved returns due to damage, defect, or wrong product, Almario will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For any other approved return requests (if applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


8. Important Notes

  • All products go through strict quality checks before dispatch.

  • Slight variations, irregularities, or texture differences may occur due to handcrafted or imitation product nature and will not be considered defects.

  • Almario reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
