Welcome to Almario . We are dedicated to delivering your products with care, efficiency, and complete transparency. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy to understand how and when your order will reach you.


1. Shipping Locations

  • Almario currently ships across India.

  • International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be governed by separate terms and charges.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation or verification (for Cash on Delivery orders).

  • Standard processing time is 2–4 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • During festival seasons, high-demand periods, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.


3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timeline: 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your city and courier availability.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Operational or courier delays

  • Regional restrictions or disruptions

  • Quality check requirements

  • Force majeure or unavoidable events

Almario does not guarantee exact delivery dates and will not be liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.


4. Cash On Delivery (Cod)

  • COD availability depends on your PIN code and courier serviceability.

  • All COD orders require telephonic verification before dispatch.

  • If we are unable to reach you within three (3) call attempts, the order may be cancelled.

  • Almario may request an advance payment of up to 50% for selected COD orders.

  • Only Indian currency will be accepted at delivery.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

  • Almario reserves the right to update or revise shipping charges when necessary.


6. Multiple Products & Part Shipments

  • Orders containing multiple products may be shipped together or in separate parcels, depending on availability.

  • Each shipment will be considered a separate delivery.

  • Delay in one shipment does not constitute cancellation of the entire order.


7. Delivery Attempts & Non-availability

  • Our courier partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts.

  • If the customer is unavailable, additional shipping or storage charges may apply.

  • Repeated non-acceptance of orders may result in cancellation without refund, at our discretion.


8. Delivery Confirmation & Risk Transfer

  • Once the product is delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • Proof of delivery provided by the courier partner will be considered final.

  • If delivery is made to a third-party recipient at the provided address, it will be deemed successful.


9. Inability To Fulfil Orders

In rare situations, Almario may be unable to fulfil an order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Supplier or manufacturing delays

  • Failure during quality checks

  • Pricing or listing errors

In such cases, customers will be notified, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
